I’ve learned a ton from your team…(5 Star Brand)… in regards to just the terminology and different factors, on how to get your business to the right ranking, and how important it is to have all the different avenues, and not just Google search, but all the different search engines. So learning those things are key. Sometimes you need other people to help you to maneuver through the tools, and figure out how to do that. Then, when I found out that we were ranking number one on the Google searches, and a couple of major search engines, I was really excited about that. I felt that was our goal, and that we achieved that goal in a short period of time. (Now)…vacancy is great. We’re actually at 97% occupied. We have been for about the last 2 months. So at this time of the year, that’s almost unheard of.

People that come into the office, from your (5 Star Brand) work, and the website you made for Sycamore, are already closed before they walk in the door.
I would definitely recommend you guys, definitely. I mean, working with other apartment property website people, who think they know what’s going on, it’s a much different experience. I’m really about having a personal experience with something, especially if I’m learning something new, and … You guys have been fantastic with everything. I’ve had so many questions about everything, because again, this is all really new to me, but anytime I had a question, if I call you guys, email to you, no matter what kind of question I had, you are there immediately with a response. It’s easier to work with somebody when it’s like that.

In our vacation rental business, we get nothing but 5-star reviews. We just got a 1-star review and couldn’t believe it. We couldn’t get it removed without the guests permission, and we tried to ask them why they gave a 1-star, for apparently no reason. Finally the guest called and offered to remove the review if we would give them a free weekend a free tickets to downtown shows. The guys at 5 Star Brand told us not to worry, just to write a response to explain what happened…that these guests were abusing the review system to get something for free. Even though the negative review is still there, the following week, the leads from that ad site doubled! This is powerful stuff when you have someone who knows how to use it!
